Vodka and saffron scented tomato consommé delicately poured at your table

Duck rillettes with a courgette panna cotta, lemon and green apple granite

Beef tenderloin with a trio of roasted potato, semi-dried tomato, and broccolini with a caramelised shallot jus.

Seared Moki served with an oyster beurre blanc, citrus potato and green beans

Hand crafted tagliatelle with vegetable spaghetti, roasted eggplant and tomato sauce

 

Desserts

Passion fruit and Jiavara chocolate mousse torte with pomegranate syrup

Home-made ice cream and sorbet with almond tuile
