Entrees

Chef’s take on the bloody Mary:
Vodka and saffron scented tomato consommé
poured at the table with a fresh herb, olive and tomato tartare 

Seared scallops on a chestnut and orange puree with an aloe vera foam 

Star anise and cinnamon confit duck leg pate with a young pea and mint salad
and a truffle dressing 
                                                                                              

Mains 

Roast turkey wrapped in Serrano ham with a sage stuffing, kamahi and parsley glazed parsnips and slow cooked potatoes 

Catch of the day on shaved fennel and small truss tomatoes with an aubergine caviar 

House-made tortellini of mushroom and feta cheese with fresh grilled asparagus and artichokes  

Dessert                                                                                                

Gingernut parfait with cranberry sauce and a crispy almond and chocolate tuile


Mini pavlova with a cold berry soup and a yoghurt mousse 

Selection of ice creams and sorbets with a crispy tuile
